From the selection of the ingredients, through the preparation, up to the tasting, this experience offers the opportunity to deepen your knowledge on the topic.
You will spend a morning under the careful and scrupulous supervision of a chef. Step by step, it will lead you through the theoretical and practical notions necessary to consciously choose and cook the various cuts of meat. You will learn to select the best ones, distinguish the different varieties and acquire practical skills that will transform your cooking.
In this adventure, you will be the protagonist, supported by the other participants and supported by our staff. You will have the opportunity to learn how to debon, braise, roast and enjoy each cut in the best way, actively contributing to the preparation of delicious dishes: recipes include Milanese cutlet, boneless chicken, roast pork fillet, tartare and beef seared and iced Japanese style as well as ideas for accompanying dishes including sauces and vegetables (recipes may undergo small variations from lesson to lesson based on the availability of ingredients). At the end, the tasting of what has been prepared accompanied by a glass of wine.
