180,00€Milan is a city where dining is celebrated as an art form, offering a diverse culinary landscape that includes everything from cozy local trattorias to renowned Michelin-starred restaurants.
But why settle for just dining when you can learn to create authentic Italian dishes yourself?
Join our exclusive cooking class at Cucina IN Milano and immerse yourself in the world of Italian cuisine!
This unique experience begins with a guided tour of the bustling neighborhood market on Via Fauché, held every Tuesday. Accompanied by our expert chef, you’ll explore the vibrant market stalls, discovering fresh produce and local delicacies. Along the way, you’ll have the chance to taste these regional specialties while selecting the finest ingredients for your cooking lesson, ensuring everything you use is fresh and of the highest quality.
After the market tour and shopping, we’ll head around the corner to Cucina IN, our modern cooking school located in the heart of the Sempione district in Milan, not far from Arco della page.
Here, you’ll roll up your sleeves and, under the guidance of our skilled chef, learn to prepare classic Italian dishes. The hands-on lesson includes crafting fresh hand-rolled pasta, making a traditional pesto sauce, and creating the perfect Tiramisu. You’ll be involved in every step—from measuring and mixing to tasting and perfecting your dishes.
Once the cooking is done, you’ll have a chance to taste the meal you’ve prepared, accompanied by a glass of wine.
