We will create 3 recipes in which we have re-interpreted 3 classics of Spanish cuisine, using an Arrigoni Battista cheese.
- Tarta de Queso, or Spanish Cheesecake in sweet or savory version
- Queso a la Plancha
- A Unique Version of the Classic Andalusian Gazpacho with cheese for a fresh appetizer
