Autumn ABC – pumpkin and the first fruits of the season

90,00€A lesson suitable for everyone to put into practice basic techniques in preparing a menu dedicated to the queen of autumn in its various types - the pumpkin - from appetizer to dessert accompanied by the first fruits that the season reserves for us.
Like all our ABC lessons, they are events in which a professional chef will introduce and follow you step by step in the world of cooking in order to give you the right foundations on which to build solid autonomy in the kitchen.
In the case of the lesson in question it will focus on the queen ingredient of autumn, the pumpkin, with which you will create 3 different recipes together with the chef - in a vegetarian but tasty lesson ...:
- Starter : Crumbly Berrettina pumpkin cannolo, with burrata cream and toasted hazelnuts with pepper
- First course : Chestnut, pumpkin and black bread gnudi with smoked butternut squash velouté
- Dessert : Delicate pumpkin and cocoa mousse with coconut milk cream and amaretto crunch
Each of the participants will have the opportunity to get involved both individually and for some preparations in common with the other guests.
