Pinsa & Special Cocktails with Arrigoni Battista Cheeses

40,00€The secrets of the fragrant base capable of welcoming and enhancing countless combinations of ingredients, tastes and flavors are revealed this evening by the chef, while everyone at their own station prepares a precious dough to then be looked after at home at least until the following day (which you will need for prepare your special and unique first homemade pinsa!).
The leavening times are long: this is why in addition to the dough prepared by you, the chef will have already prepared and leavened for at least 36 hours another dough for everyone that the chef - with the help of his team (i.e. you and the others participants for this evening) – will use 3 “gem recipes” embellished with the cheeses of our partner, the Arrigoni Battista :
- 🍕 Small pinsa calzone stuffed with Zola, spinach and raisins
- 🍕 Pinsa with aubergine bites and Italic cheese
- 🍕 Sweet Pinsa with honey caramelized pears, walnuts, cinnamon and Maggengo cheese
