For the series "Iconic recipes from the world with an Italian twist" this evening we go to France.

We will create 3 recipes in which we have re-interpreted 3 classics of French cuisine with the use of a cheese from our Bergamo Arrigoni Battista : in this case the Berghemblu, a blue cheese awarded many times at the very international World Cheese awards which admirably defends our flag!
