A lesson to orient yourself among the first Italians between rice and flour.

– Fresh pasta: two semolina-based doughs and one egg-based dough will be made -
Stuffed and unfilled fresh pasta shapes
– The prince of risottos: saffron risotto.

The recipes will allow you to learn and actively put into practice the main dough and cooking techniques.

The lesson includes dinner with the dishes prepared, accompanied by water and wine.

The lesson can be purchased individually but is part of the ABC of cooking course in 4 lessons which aims to provide the essential basics of Italian cuisine or of a course of 5 which also includes a lesson on the ABC of pastry making.
