1. The basic piadina is also wholemeal
2. Chicken roll and salad with parmesan
3. Mini-cheese of spinach and cream cheese

In this type of lesson, children are asked to work independently starting from the basic ingredients to prepare the dough, cook them and then fill them (and obviously taste them!)

Parents can leave them and return towards the end of the lesson.
