Active aperitif 

Cucina IN's Active Aperitif is the experience that awakens the senses and strengthens social bonds; always unforgettable dishes to prepare, share and taste with old and new friends and cooking enthusiasts.

It is not a cooking lesson even if you will have the opportunity to learn actively because the chef will need the help of his team (that is, you and the other participants for this evening) to prepare the aperitif for everyone.

You will therefore be called to help him in the preparation just like in a real professional kitchen where everyone - for those who wish to participate - will have a task that leads to the completion of the menu (but if you are tired or prefer to chat 😊 you will not be obliged to participate... you will be able to observe and obviously enjoy the final result of the preparation).

At the end of the evening everyone at the social table to enjoy the delicacies prepared accompanied by a thirst-quenching cocktail prepared by us in an aperitif moment in which to discover other anecdotes and little tricks to replicate the recipes at home.

Alone, as a couple or with friends , these lessons are perfect for all occasions and, at the end of the lesson, we all taste what has been prepared together accompanied by a good glass of wine or a cocktail. We will provide the equipment, ingredients, apron and chef, you just have to bring your desire to cook!

ABC – the Basics of Cooking

Let's get to the stove and learn the basics of cooking together: pasta, meat, fish and vegetables will no longer have secrets! The chef will teach you to master techniques, cooking methods and ingredients and to cook them with seasonal and regional variations. Lessons are normally held on Monday evenings from 8pm to 11pm and after an introductory explanation by the chef you get to work at your station preparing the line for cooking and final plating of the dishes.

To conclude, tasting at the table all together with a wine pairing. We will provide the equipment, ingredients, apron and chef, you just have to bring your desire to cook!

The "Master" lessons on Saturday morning"

Our in-depth Saturday morning lesson, with always much loved and appreciated variations, as in the case of the highly requested "Fish Master", an itinerant and interactive lesson, which starts early among the fish stalls of the nearby Via Fauché market and the supermarket in the neighborhood, in search of the best raw materials for freshness and seasonality. After shopping, you return to the kitchen to discover how to clean it, prepare it and enhance it thanks to the instructions of the chef who will teach you the best ways to cook it. Finally, everyone at the table to have lunch together and end the lesson in style with a final toast in company.

Pastry bases 

Learning tastes very sweet with our pastry courses! Our three-hour evening lessons allow you to become the pastry chef you've always wanted, even with the equipment you normally find at home. With the expert guidance of our teachers, skilled pastry chefs, no preparation will be impossible to achieve. By the spoonful, with shortcrust pastry or puff pastry, with fruit or chocolate, basics of Italian, French, American and international pastry making: discover with us how easy it is to round off a meal in style or satisfy your sins of gluttony right from the morning. At the end of the evening, a very sweet tasting!
