The Cucina IN Christmas Cooking Class is designed to be a fun activity even for those who have never gotten too close to the stove.

By its very nature, the kitchen has always been a highly training environment and therefore suitable for improving the performance of the company team.

Do you want to learn how to cook a pan of veal with cabbage, caramelized chestnuts, red shallots with coriander and raisins as an appetizer, as a first course some Garganelli Emiliani al comb ( strictly handmade! ) in a spinach emulsion and crunchy parmigiano reggiano, as a second course a fillet of beef with Marsala reduction and grilled red radicchio ribs. Or do you prefer a fish menu with an appetizer based on small  homemade  with fillets of red mullet with almonds and chickpea cream, as a first course a Cartoccio of linguine with pan-fried mussels and prawn tails with datterini tomatoes and as a second course a Sfogliata rolled sea bream with olives and fresh Ligurian pesto with pine nuts. Or as an appetizer, breaded and fried pumpkin and aubergine medallions filled with Zibibbo spinach, as a first course, chestnut flour Maltagliati with veg ragù of artichokes, thyme and pecorino cheese and as a second course, a mushroom flan in a crust with Fontina truffle fondue ? conclude on a sweet note with a warm flan with panettone and mascarpone sauce!
