In recent years, knowing how to work together has gone from being an accessory element to a strategic factor within a performance management process.
In this new context, team building plays a fundamental role in promoting harmony and communication between members of the work group , in order to improve overall performance. For this purpose there are many team building activities : we suggest 7 of them.
1. Dinner in the dark
Both at work and in private life we are now hyper-stimulated by various technological devices, so much so that they have made us forget what it means to "be interested in others" without being distracted. Dinner in the dark , in addition to being an experience in which sight loses importance, is in favor of touch, taste, smell and hearing and consequently teaches us to rely on others. Revisiting the famous board game, Trivial Pursuit , from a corporate perspective helps to create a less formal atmosphere, stimulates fun but above all employee engagement. Starting from the original purpose of the game, i.e. answering general knowledge questions correctly, the latter must be personalized and adapted to the company, obviously in a joking tone.
6. Social Team Building®
Social Team Building ® is an experiential training activity that combines the benefits of collaboration with concrete help to people in need, through the creation of a concrete product, which will then be donated for example to schools, associations or even villages in Africa. There are many projects: from the design to the construction of garden games (swings, swings, etc.) up to the creation of an actual playground, assembling it in a center for minors, a public playroom or a family home.
7. Solidarity Team Building®
