Get out your chopsticks and get ready for Japanese cuisine!

Could it have been the fault of Kiss Me Licia, in which we discovered okonomiyaki ? Or was it instead the explosion of All You Can Eat restaurants, which introduced sushi to even the most sceptical?

It's difficult to say, what is certain is that the cuisine of the Land of the Rising Sun has now arrived in the West for a few years and there are many people who can no longer resist the call of sushi and sashimi, just as there are many Japanese dishes still to be discovered ! ?

For this reason, the Cucina In 2020 season will be full of events dedicated to the culinary art of this island full of history and tradition.
Open your diary and get ready to mark them all !
