A team without cohesive members can never win; the same principle applies to companies that are unable to create a close-knit group, capable of communicating but above all of working in synergy to achieve a common goal. The purpose of Cooking Team Building is precisely to help the company, and its workforce, to create that sense of belonging and trust necessary to encourage the creation of significant bonds in order to increase company performances. In this new equation, the location in which to carry out Team Building activities in the kitchen also plays an important role in promoting the harmony of your team and, no less, the effectiveness of the activity itself.

Why do we define our location as “ideal”?

The location is the point from which everything begins and, in addition to being the first thing that participants notice, it is able to influence the atmosphere and their perception. Anyone, when they go to an unfamiliar place, observes its strengths and weaknesses: is it cared for? Is it well furnished? Is it easy to get to? From these first considerations decide whether you like it or not.

Cooking Team Building activities , the location must be based on 4 fundamental criteria:

  • It must contain the number of participants;
  • It must not be too large (in order to avoid the "sense of emptiness") but not too small either. For activities of this type, everyone must have the necessary space to move easily;
  • It must be technically suitable and equipped with all the necessary tools, to guarantee participation to anyone, without exception;
  • It must be easily accessible.

We have created our location in such a way as to perfectly respond to these 4 criteria, but not only. To meet your needs, the 130 m2 we have available have been divided into modular rooms that are easily accessible and manageable. This versatility allows us to organize ad hoc structured activities based on your requests, in a relaxed environment and outside the work routine.

at the end of each of our Team Buildings , we have decided to make a room available to your group where you can all savor what has been prepared in the kitchen together: one more way to stimulate sharing and the right interaction.
