Gualtiero Villa

CHEF

Experience of Gualtiero Villa , who has lived cooking as a professional for more than thirty years: after graduating from the Hotel Institute of San Pellegrino Terme in his "cuisine curriculum" there is a lot of catering in luxury hotels such as the Grand Hotel in Gardone Riviera, Villa Crespi in Orta San Giulio — Michelin star, the Auberge de la Maison in Courmayeur just to name a few and always that desire to know more, to do research which then led him to dedicate himself to teaching, with collaborations as a teacher with the most famous cooking schools in Milan.

Antonella Marasi

Passion of Antonella Marasi , an economics graduate with previous experience in marketing and sales, who has cooking in her DNA, with a grandmother who cooked every day for a regiment of relatives, a father who brought her exotic specialties from abroad and a mother who has always been an entrepreneur.

Elisa Travagin

Curiosity of Elisa Travagin who, daughter of entrepreneurs and with a degree in economics and a brilliant career as an auditor, decided to combine her passion for numbers with that for eating well and to dive headlong into the creation of the project “CucinaIn”.

Luca & Federica

Luca studied at the Don Gnocchi Hotel Institute in Carate Brianza and
has been collaborating with Cucina IN since 2014 (then very young!): he has just finished his university studies in
economics at Bicocca University. Coordinator of the children's team and our chef-
educators.

Federica also graduated from the Don Gnocchi hotel school in Carate Brianza and is a
fitness teacher. He is now studying sports science at university.
All chef educators share their experience with children (they are masters, teachers or
babysitters) with the professionalism in the kitchen that we provide with a specific course.
Two essential ingredients that are mixed with the right amount of fun
necessary to make the experiences dedicated to the more (and less) little ones... UNforgettable.
