1. CANCELLATION AND/OR CHANGE OF COURSES BY THE SCHOOL
The courses will only be activated if the minimum number of participants is reached. In the event of cancellation of the course by Cucina In, the member will be offered an alternative choice between replacing the appointment, issuing a voucher for future registration or reimbursement of the registration fee.
We also reserve the right for organizational reasons to change programmes, dates and teachers, whilst still guaranteeing the quality and continuity of the activities themselves.
We also reserve the right to postpone the course/meeting by giving adequate notice to those registered.
2 – CANCELLATION METHOD AND REFUNDS BY THE CUSTOMER
Each member has the right to withdraw pursuant to art. 1373 of the civil code. civil paragraph I. by communicating the cancellation in writing via e-mail to [email protected] within 7 days from the date of purchase.
Beyond this deadline and within 24 hours before the start of the lesson, by sending an email to [email protected] , the replacement of the course, the participant or the issuing of a voucher (non-nominal) to be used for a future one are permitted. registration.
However, for cancellations or no-shows less than 24 hours before the start of the course, no refund of the amount paid will be provided under any circumstances . In this case we remind you that the ticket is not nominative so it is possible to give it to other people who can participate in your place.
3 – GIFT VOUCHERS EXCLUSION OF WITHDRAWAL RIGHTS
Gift Vouchers have a duration of 6 months from the date of purchase. If they are not used they expire and cannot be used or refunded. Gift Vouchers are never refundable. Pursuant to art. 59 letter n) of the Consumer Code, the right of withdrawal referred to in art. from 52 to 58 for distance contracts and contracts negotiated away from business premises it is excluded in relation to "free time activities if the contract provides for a specific date or period of execution".
The vouchers are not nominative so it is possible to transfer them to third parties for use which must always be carried out no later than their expiry date.
