• Market tour and Pasta Making Experience: join us for a market tour in the neighborhood market of Via Fauché in the Corso Sempine area like a real “Sciura Milanese” would do. Weĺl shop though for seasonal ingredients we need to make fresh pasta, real pesto from basil and pinenuts made with a traditional mortar, completing the meal with a Tiramisu dessert. Held on Tuesday mornings. Approx. 4/5 hours.
• Pizza and Gelato Making Milan: How many Pizzas can you make in italy? And what´s the difference with a Focaccia? Itś not just a matter of topping but a focused session on pizza is neede through flour, doughs, sordoughs and yeast. And  what about gelato?  And What´s teh difference between a Gelato, a Sorbetto and a Granita? There´s a whole world also behind the soft creaminess we´´ll get through in the making.  Held on Wednesday mornings. Approx. 2 hours.
• Milanese Cuisine Class: Prepare a real rich Risotto alla Milanese with zaffran, a crunchy Veal Cotoletta, conforting soft Gnocchi from potatoes and enjoy a tasting of traditional Panettone. Held on Thursday mornings. Approx. 3 hours.

All classes are conducted in English and cater to small groups (10-15 people). For a more personalized experience, we also offer private cooking classes.
