This wine tasting course is not just a training course, but a sensorial and engaging experience to learn to taste wine like a sommelier and discover how to choose and pair the best wines for every occasion .
The aim of the course is to turn you into a wine expert. During the 5 lessons, held in the heart of Milan with an expert sommelier, you will learn to:
- Understand the fundamental differences between the various types of wine, from white to red, from sparkling wine to rosé, discovering what makes each type unique.
- Master the art of tasting, learning to recognize aromas, flavors and characteristics that make each glass a unique experience.
- Travel among the Italian and international wine excellences, knowing the secrets of the great producers and the factors that influence the taste and quality of a wine.
- Choose and pair wines with dishes, transforming every meal into a special occasion thanks to the perfect harmony between flavors and aromas.
